When requesting an inspection, the following information is needed:
A home inspection is an integral component of the
home buying process. The intention of having a home inspection is to
provide the home buyer with information regarding the condition of the
systems and structural components of the home at the time of the inspection.
Based on the inspection, further evaluation may be recommended and common
issues will be identified to assist the home buyer. The inspection is
an objective, visual, nondestructive review of the operating systems and
structure of the home.
The inspection should take approximately two to three hours to complete,
culminating with at detailed written report.
